AM International Group comprising of SPIC (Southern Petrochemical Industries Corporation), the flagship company, MPL (Manali Petrochemicals), TPL (Tamilnadu Petroproducts) have taken the lead initiative to roll out a vaccination program in their respective manufacturing plants and offices. The companies’ Medical Centres will also facilitate anti-body tests.
The companies will provide COVID19 vaccination to all employees and their dependents including contract employees free of cost as per government of India priority guidelines. The program is being rolled out on a voluntary basis, and the company is encouraging eligible employees to participate. It covers the company’s staff across all regions in India, including Chennai, Coimbatore and Tuticorin.

The group has a total of 3000+ employees with more than ten operative companies. Currently, the measure has been rolled out in India as per the government priority policies. With the increase in infection spread during the last four weeks, advisories, guidelines and calibrated restrictions across the offices and plants have been reinforced.
As a part of its CSR initiatives, the AM International through its trust, AM Foundation, focuses on providing primary healthcare services to the most vulnerable communities around its areas of operation.
