Chennai, 31st January 2026 – Kauvery Hospital has begun the final countdown to the 4th Edition of the K10K Cancer Awareness Run with the successful distribution of race kits to participants. The main run is scheduled to take place on 1st February 2026, bringing together thousands of runners, families, and fitness enthusiasts in support of cancer awareness.
The race kit distribution event was inaugurated by Oncologists of Kauvery Hospital Chennai. Over the past three years, the K10K Run has seen steady and significant growth, reflecting rising public engagement with more than 12,000 runners. With every edition, participation has expanded across individuals, families, corporates, fitness communities, and resident groups, turning the run into a city-wide movement for awareness and education.
The K10K Cancer Awareness Run 2026 will feature 5 km and 10 km categories, making it accessible to participants of varying fitness levels. The initiative continues to focus on encouraging early detection, informed health choices, and sustained public engagement in cancer prevention.
