Chennai, September 6, 2025:
The Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Schools Alumni Association celebrated its Grand Alumni Day 2025 on September 6 at Infosys Hall, Ramakrishna Mission Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Bazullah Road, T. Nagar, Chennai. The event brought together alumni, teachers, and well-wishers in a spirit of gratitude, recognition, and joyous reunion.
The celebrations were graced by Dr. Sri Nalli Kuppuswamy Chetti, Patron of the Alumni Association, and Swami Padmasthanandaji, Secretary of Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, who attended as Guests of Honour.
A key highlight of the evening was the felicitation of eleven retired teachers, who were honoured for their selfless service and lifelong dedication to shaping generations of students. In addition, the Association conferred Distinguished Alumni Awards on three eminent achievers:

Air Vice Marshal PS Rajagopal Athi Vishisht Seva Medal Awardee
Seshadri Sukumaran – Internationally acclaimed photographer & KalaiMamani Awardee.
The event arrangements were seamlessly coordinated by the Alumni Association’s leadership team: S. Seetharaman (President), K.V.S. Gopalakrishnan (Vice President), D. Chandrasekhar (Secretary), and S. Kedarnath (Treasurer).
