Chennai, India – September , 2024: SIMS Pharmacy is expanding its presence by launching at 09 new locations following its successful operation in Vadapalani metro station. Launch was graced by

The objective is to offer convenient accessibility to healthcare services for both commuters and residents. Exclusive SIMS Pharmacy located in Alandur will offer services 24×7, throughout 365 days. This project is expected to enhance the availability of vital medicines by aligning with the city’s expanding infrastructure and rising need for accessible healthcare services.
SIMS Pharmacy also introduced a home consultation service called “Hello Doctor” at 10 metro stations throughout the city. This service facilitates individuals to have medical consultations from certified physicians in the comfort of their residences, either through in-person visits or remote tele-consultation. This can serve as an excellent method to offer convenience and tailored attention to patients who may not require or be capable of frequent hospital visits. Patients can also schedule appointments with specialists at SIMS Hospital through the “Hello Doctor” portal. This service will be accessible within a 15-kms radius of each metro station.
As part of the SIMS Pharmacy project, a complimentary home consultation with doctors will be provided for one month, commencing from September 9th to October 9th, 2024. This service, called “Hello Doctor,” is solely available to CMRLcommuters and can be availed on appointment by calling 044-2001 2001. The “Hello Doctor” service will cater to the healthcare needs of persons living in the neighbourhood of Chennai city. 10 metro stations will offer 10 specialised vehicles for home visits to meet the healthcare needs of the nearby neighbourhoods.

The following locations in Chennai are launched: Alandur, Egmore, Chennai Central, CMBT, Koyambedu, High Court, Thirumangalam, Govt Estate, Thousand Lights, and Vadapalani. The placement of these outlets within the metro stations is carefully chosen to enhance the ease of access and availability of healthcare services.
